Paving the way for elevated licensed housewares at UKONIC, I designed many Harry Potter ceramic tea sets and full 16-piece dinnerware sets. The classic indigo details and electroplated gold on bright white ceramics leverage the ornate filigree details. This set actually went through several dramatic changes, originally designed to focus on Harry, Hermione, Ron, and Hagrid's friendship as in the books Hagrid's hut was often a meeting place for the heroic trio.
Disney Princess 16-Piece dinnerware set. This set also went through many changes. Originally dreamt up in a classic Victorian style with character cameo silhouettes, scalloped edges and ornate details. Working together with Disney the set was modernized with simple ceramic base, the pale pastels topped with electroplated gold details. Designed for Thinkgeek.
